| Commas show in the test column when there are multiple tests. How can I have tests show instead of the commas without having the same accession number on multiple lines? |

What do you have for minimum length under advanced options-condense?

Best is 3 or 4.
If you already have 3 or 4 there may be an issue where I will need to see your OlProcessLog.txt file (debug file).
To find the error log (OlProcessLog.txt file), click Help-Locate OlProcessLog:

If you send files using email: Send 2 emails, one to let me know you are about to send a logfile and attach the logfile to the 2nd. (Because emails with attachments may be blocked by your organization's firewall, I will know to look for the logfile email.) |
