Is there a way to have the OL Monitor flag a test when the accession number is partially reported? I am working on setting up serum indexing, and I have had to make multiple hemolysis tests so that batteries are not "duped out". When we bring the result across, only one of the hemolysis tests is resulted. We must go back to the cup to get the second (or third) test resulted. I would like to have the accession IMMEDIATELY flagged when the initial result is entered (as soon as it is considered a "partial" result) so that we can get accurate turn-around times.

The turn-around-time setup does not have an option to look at the partial result field on the outstanding log. So you would not be able to setup a TAT directly in OlMonitor. However the filters can see the partial result field. So a filter could be configured to include or exclude the test based on that partial field, causing it to appear on the display only if the partial result had been entered.
