We have been using the OL monitor for a few years now and we love it in Chemistry and Hematology. Our Blood Bank just got it, and they need to look at unreceived and received, but they only want the current day pending. It runs so fast, I can not tell how many days it is pulling, but it looks like it is 3 days for them. Let me know if there is anything I can do for them. Thanks so much!

You can create a filter on the process time, that will only qualify tests of a certain age. So you could create a filter that screens out anything over 24 hours old.

This filter excludes all tests that are greater than 1440 minutes old.
Of course this will end up showing all the tests from the previous day up to the current time. At this time I don't have any option to filter for just the current day. Let me know if you would be interested in a feature like that and I will look into it.
