PL function colors and sounds

Does the PL function have the color and sound capability. We have a small hospital that would like to use this to help streamline their workflow. They want to be able to easily distinquish BB and POC uncollected from the general lab tests. Also I see that there is only 2 spots for worksheets. will Group worksheet codes work Very Happy

Yes the PL function does have color and sound. Keep in mind that the PL module is an addon for OL Monitor, so a new or existing Ol monitor license is required to pair with the PL.
There is a neat trick to make sure all your uncollected tests appear in a different color than collected tests.
Set a TAT of 0. For tests input and asterisk (*), select uncollecteds and voila all uncollecteds have a different color now. Other specific tat colors that you create for uncollecteds will still work.

Yes group worksheet codes will work. Also you can now enter up to 4 worksheets, separated by commas, into the worksheet field in options:

Adding the 0 time in TAT works great if the time is current for the OL piece but if it is 12:00 and the order is put in with a collect time of 13:00 it does not show up. If I change the time on the OL macro as it is running it will show the future test. Problem is it reverts back as the macro continues. is there a way to change the macro time? I want the future time to be one color and when it reaches collect time to change to another.

You are able to enter a future time in the OL log menu in Smarterm?
Previously doing this just didn't work. Maybe Sunquest updated something.
Just to be sure you're talking about the OL log and not the PL log? Because previously you were asking about the PL log.
Also when I mentioned you could use up to 4 worksheets separated by commas I was talking about the OL log. The PL log is still limited to 2 worksheets but that can probably be changed to more if someone needs it.

I am talking about both. I have the pending log looking ahead, that works for what I need. The OL when the macro is running when it gets to the time if I am fast enough I can enter a future time. But the PL works so that is really all I need thanks. Running the PL for the future and OL for current is working. thank you
