We have 3 licenses of olmonitor and see this message on all three systems. For some reason, smarterm dies and olmonitor cannot recover from it. Sometimes, when I come in, in the morning, there are multiple instances of smarterm running with the name killme. Any additional information I can get you, please let me know....

Hi Janet,
I just sent you an email. I have made some modifications to the way OL Monitor handles Smarterm sessions and uploaded the new version. It is version 1.42d. Run the auto-updater to download and install the new version.
