Hello!
I would like to test our OL Monitor prior to our Sunquest 5.3 to 6.3 upgrade in October. Am I correct in thinking that I could just temporarily change a few settings under the Options tab (Mysis IP address and logon info) so that when Smarterm was opened, it would point to our new hardware and software, and I could then verify the logs were created? That seems too easy...I just wanted to make sure there wasn't more involved.

| Sorry for the late reply. Yes you can just change the ip address so it will log on to your test area. Sometimes it may get tripped up if you have extra logon prompts in the test area. Also you should go into advanced options and make sure 'Sunquest 6.3+' , and 'Waystring' are selected. |
