I set up a group worksheet for all Coag, Heme, Chemistry, BB, POC, UA
Chemistry, BB, POC show on the OLM but the others do not. I can pull an OL in sunquest and see all tests but it is not coming up on the monitor.
thank you

Since you have already verified the tests are on the worksheet and also appearing on the OL log, the next thing to check are the filters.
You can temporarily disable all filters by clicking the filters item in the drop-down options menu:
<-- When there is no checkmark, the filters are disabled.

Then click action-refresh and see if the missing tests show up. If they do you know there is a filter blocking the tests somehow.

If this doesn't work the next thing to check is to see if you have any departmental filters defined. This option was superseded in version 1.79, but you can still look to see if an old departmental filter exists and it causing problems.

Detailed info here: http://olmonitor.com/ManualM/window_5_2.htm

Finally if there are no departmental filters defined and turning off filters didn't work, there may be some issue with how the tests are appearing on the log. Ol Monitor checks each line on the log for validity and sometimes disqualifies things if it does not match expected patterns. To check this I would need a problem report (or OlProcessLog- see below), or if that is not possible a screenshot or even photo of how the test appears on the OL log might be enough.
More info on problem report/OlProcesslog:
