I am investigating the possible of using OL monitor to filter unreceived specimens at our front desk area so they can identify specimens that are unreceived and act of them. Can you identify some basic OL monitor option setups to accomplish this?
Also do we need another license? Currently I have one PC setup with TAT monitoring for the laboratory and that screen is emulated into the lab at three different areas on screens.

Under the misc options you can choose to view only unreceived specimens:

If you have any trouble with this option you can try Un-Checking the 'Status Column' option:

And yes you would need another license to install to another pc. If you want to get started right away (without waiting for purchasing), you can download the trial to the new pc and get things going. The trial is identical to the full version except for the 30 day time limit. When you uninstall and install the full version it will not erase your settings. |
