Created to replace the not-working so well Astrum updater included with OL Monitor installer.

OL Monitor updater is a standalone program that can be launched from the command line or from within Ol Monitor programs.

Included with OL Monitor versions 1.90m and above.

Also included with OL Monitor Update Notifier.
